Our Services
What payment methods are available?

For all treatments, services programs, and products, you are required to pay by cash or debit at the time of your service. In some instances, E-transfers may be accepted.

We do not accept WSIB or automobile (MVA) insurance claims and we do not accept direct payment from insurance companies.

Does OHIP cover services?

No, the Ontario Health Insurance Plan does not cover massage therapy. Direct billing to Extended Health Insurance companies is not available, however, we can electronically submit your claim to your insurance company on your behalf. We are not a registered facility for WSIB or MVA claims.

Do I need a referral or prescription for Massage Therapy?

As massage therapists, we do not require a referral but your insurance company may require a note for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for further details.

What do I wear?

For massage, skin on skin contact is the most beneficial to work on body tissues. You are covered with a sheet at all times and only the area being treated is uncovered. However, if you wish to leave some of your clothing on, the therapist can modify your treatment accordingly.

Your comfort is most important.

How do I decide how much time I need?

The time needed depends on what part of your body requires treatment. If you would like an area or two ie: back and neck, 30 minutes is sufficient. If you would like a full-body treatment, then a minimum of 60 minutes is needed.

What is included in a full body massage?

Areas include: low to upper back, back of legs from the hips to the feet; front of the legs, arms, head, neck, and shoulders.

Face, scalp and abdomen may be included as well if indicated by the client.

Will I hurt the next day?

Some clients indicate minimal tenderness the next day. This may be similar to the feeling after a physical workout. Your homecare recommendations from your therapist should decrease the amount of tenderness.

If you experience extreme pain after a treatment you need to contact your therapist for further instructions.
