Christina Kish, PROPRIETOR, R.M.T., C.M.R.

Wellness Engineer and Resilience Coach

Christina has been a Registered Massage Therapist serving the Leamington area since 1996 and opened Body Kneads in 2001. She has studied extensively in the area of myofascial release and postural improvement, and holds certificates in Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Ultrasound, Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS-Needleless Acupuncture) and Cupping Therapy. She is a PSYCH-K® Professional Facilitator and a trained Health and Wellness PSYCH-K® Practitioner.

For several years her interests and studies have expanded to include Vibrational Testing and Healing and BioGeometry Foundations and Advanced Training, to create and focus on a deeper more holistic approach to addressing client concerns. She regularly attends personal development, educational conferences, and Isagenix events to advance her health, wellness and fitness knowledge.

Christina spent her first 10 years as an examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, has taught Myofascial Release to health care professionals in Canada and the U.S., and has been a therapist at elite athletic world events. Her next pursuits involve further development and expansion of her signature modality ‘Bio-Integrative Mapping’ (BIM) offered globally, and her signature online and in-person workshops through the energy-based division “Transform Uniquely”.

Meagan Earl, R.M.T.
Pelvic Health Rehab Practitioner 

Meagan graduated from Everest College with a diploma in Massage Therapy in 2009 and became licensed with the CMTO as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2011. She joined the team at Body Kneads Massage Centre in 2012 and has since obtained certificates and experience in Myofascial Release, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Bamboo Massage, Advanced Neuromuscular Assessment, Integrative Muscle Therapy Techniques, Sports Massage, Core Stabilization, Soft Tissue Release, and Advanced Cupping Therapy.

Meagan’s advanced expertise includes Dolphin Neurostim MPS Therapy, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Cupping Therapy, and Pelvic Health Rehabilitation. She customizes each treatment plan to address the specific needs of her clients, focusing on resolving the root cause of pain or dysfunction.

Outside of the clinic, Meagan maintains an active lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her horse, Alia, practicing equestrian skills and equine massage. Additionally, she is an amateur farmer, experimenting with gardening and growing her own plants and food.

Meagan is passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals with personalized and unique approaches.

Rebecca Stewart, R.M.T.

Rebecca graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science & Technology in 2018. Prior to her education in Massage Therapy, she also graduated from the Occupational/ Physiotherapy Assistant program at St. Clair in 2014. Prior to joining Body Kneads in 2020, she had experience working both in a gym and clinic setting.

Rebecca is trained in Swedish Massage Techniques and has gained certificates in Cupping, Indie Head Massage, Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS-Needleless Acupuncture), and kinesiology taping. 

She looks forward to expanding her knowledge through continued education. Areas she is interested in exploring include: Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Graston Technique, and Sports Therapy. 

 

Chelsea Kwiatkowski, R.M.T.

After receiving a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from St. Clair College, Chelsea turned her love for sports and anatomy into Massage Therapy. She graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2019.  Prior to joining Body Kneads in 2023, Chelsea worked treating clients in both a gym and clinic setting.  

Chelsea is trained in Swedish Massage and has added certificates in Advanced Cupping Therapy and Indie Head Massage, and is completing courses on Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS-Needleless Acupuncture).  She plans on continuing her education and learning new skills to assist her clients in any way she can.  

Chelsea is currently on maternity leave until 2025.

Satinderpal (Sunny) Grewal, R.M.T.

Satinderpal graduated from Humber College in 2019. With over three years of practical experience in spa and small clinic settings, Satinderpal has become adept at delivering quality therapeutic sessions.

Having joined Body Kneads Massage Centre in December 2023, Sunny specializes in relaxation massages, hot stone therapy, deep tissue treatments, and cupping therapy. His focus is on providing effective treatments while ensuring a comfortable experience for clients.

Sunny is dedicated to ongoing education, aiming to expand his skill set with techniques like Indie Head Massage, Hot Bamboo Therapy, and Myofascial Release. Through this commitment to learning, he seeks to offer a broader range of treatments to cater to diverse client needs.

In his role as a Registered Massage Therapist, Sunny looks forward to further refining his skills and gaining valuable experiences. Clients can trust in Satinderpal’s expertise to provide professional and effective massage therapy services.

Selina Neufeld, R.M.T.

Selina graduated with distinction from the Massage Therapy program at triOS College in 2023 and is licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She joined the Body Kneads team in October 2024, bringing a strong commitment to client care and holistic wellness. Her passion for this profession stems from a genuine desire to help others, and she finds deep fulfillment in providing therapeutic care that enhances her client’s well-being.

As Selina furthers her career, she is dedicated to expanding her expertise through ongoing education and certifications. She is exploring specialized modalities such as Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, which align with her commitment to holistic wellness and continuous skill enhancement. Selina is eager to integrate these advanced techniques into her practice to provide a wider range of treatments and elevate the level of care she offers.

Carol Guzman, R.M.T.

Carol graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology in August 2024 and is licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She joined the Body Kneads team in December 2024, bringing her diverse background and passion for wellness.

Before pursuing a career in massage therapy, Carol worked as a Laboratory Technician and Doctor’s Assistant, experiences that have enhanced her understanding of the human body and the importance of compassionate care.

Carol is trained in Swedish Massage and Hydrotherapy and is eager to expand her skills through continued education. She is particularly interested in exploring Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Chinese Cupping to provide clients with a broader range of therapeutic options.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Carol is pleased to offer her services to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-supported during their treatment journey.

What inspires Carol most about massage is its ability to provide pain relief without the use of medication, which showcases how wonderfully our bodies are made.

Jennifer Buckingham
Relaxation Massage and Spa Practitioner

Jennifer graduated from the Massage Therapy program at triOS College in Windsor in 2020. Since then, she has expanded her skill set to provide a wide range of therapeutic services.  Jennifer is proficient in Reflexology, Hot Stone Spa Massage, Indie Head Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Lymphatic Dry Brushing. She is also a certified Reiki Master, bringing a holistic approach to her practice.

In July 2024, Jennifer joined the Body Kneads team, where she looks forward to continuing to share her passion for wellness with her clients. Jennifer is currently taking Life Coaching and NLP training from the Intentional Thinking Academy and looks forward to offering this service in the near future.

Jennifer holds a diploma in Developmental Service Worker (DSW) and has extensive experience working with the elderly in-home care settings. She has been a dedicated professional in the healthcare field for years, providing compassionate care and support to her clients.

Currently, Jennifer is working to complete her life coaching course and is pursuing numerous certificate programs, including Bowen Therapy, Osteopathy, Myofascial Release, NLP, CBT, Energy Healing Massage, and Motivational Speaking. She aspires to become a motivational speaker, sharing her knowledge and inspiring others to achieve their fullest potential.

Jennifer is currently on medical leave until March 2025.

Linda Skowby
Certified Reflexologist

Linda became a Certified Reflexologist in 2000 after a career in banking. While living in Vancouver, she was introduced to the world of Holistics.

She utilizes the unique Universal Touch Method, which is a gentle and effective massage of the feet.  In Universal Reflexology, both feet are worked simultaneously as each of the body’s systems are addressed.  This divinely inspired form of reflexology is gentle, loving and deeply transformative and the feet are seen as a map of our emotional and spiritual well-being.

Prior to joining Body Kneads in 2023, Linda has also attended courses in Pranic Healing, Holographic Healing and Reiki. She is interested in the Law of Attraction and the practical applications of the Abraham Hicks concepts.  She previously facilitated Law of Attraction groups in the Leamington and Kitchener-Waterloo areas.

Sandra Dane
Office Administrator

Sandra was born and raised in Toronto, obtaining her B.Sc. in psychology from the University of Toronto in 1985 and certification in herbal medicine from George Brown College in 1990.

After working in the government and financial sectors, she relocated to Calgary in 1992 and worked in the oil and gas industry. In the summer of 1994, Sandra resettled to the BC lower mainland and provided financial and administrative services for a non-profit organization before joining the sales & marketing team for a national retailer in 1997. In 2009, Sandra migrated to savour quiet country living in north-eastern Saskatchewan where she worked as a graphic designer and then sales representative for the local community newspapers. Six years later Sandra journeyed back to Ontario and settled in Wheatley.

She joined the Body Kneads team as the office administrator in March 2016. Sandra is a versatile, accomplished, and dedicated administrator experienced in marketing and communications, media and public relations, sales and customer service, production and graphic design, project management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
